Our Story
From a Nepali recipe to a growing brand
Sewaro Momo began with a simple belief: a momo should taste like it was made by someone who cares. Rooted in traditional Nepali cooking, we started in Varanasi folding momos by hand — the way they're meant to be.
As word spread, demand grew beyond our counters. Vendors, cafes and cloud kitchens wanted the same momos for their own customers. So we built a production kitchen and a supply network — without ever losing the fresh, hand-made character that started it all.
Today Sewaro Momo serves eaters, businesses and franchise partners across four cities, and we're only getting started.

Aakash Thapa is the Founder of Sewaro Momo, with roots in Nepal—the birthplace of authentic momos. Growing up surrounded by Nepal's rich culinary traditions, he developed a deep appreciation for the authentic flavors, craftsmanship, and culture behind every momo.
Driven by his passion for bringing genuine Nepali-style momos to India, Aakash founded Sewaro Momo with a vision to serve food that stays true to its origins while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and taste. His entrepreneurial journey is built on the belief that great food creates meaningful connections and memorable experiences.
Under his leadership, Sewaro Momo has evolved beyond a restaurant brand into a growing food enterprise. Through its central kitchen, the company not only serves customers at its own outlets but also supplies premium-quality momos to restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, street vendors, and business partners across multiple cities. His vision is to make authentic Nepali-style momos accessible to everyone while building long-term partnerships with food entrepreneurs and businesses across India.
